I thought that by the end of today, I'd be whitefaced, strained, useless in other areas - perhaps even a gibbering wreck. I am a bit of a wreck, but I'm distracted from the wreckage. I feel nice.
I feel like asking, who? what? when? where? why? all the time, I feel like looking up and smiling at the sky. I almost killed someone trying to drive to school this morning, and I was sure that before sleep blanketed, I'd have crashed myself completely.
but I can look away, I suppose. this week, the day met the night.

fit for royalty
Who bows in obeisance?
Who tips their hat to you
When you exchange glances on the corner;
Searching for a sense of respect?
The royalty have justly faded into obscurity
But who looks for nobility in a face?
We play-act as princesses and kings
Don't we all have blue running in our veins?
Who tips their hat to you
When you exchange glances on the corner;
Searching for a sense of respect?
The royalty have justly faded into obscurity
But who looks for nobility in a face?
We play-act as princesses and kings
Don't we all have blue running in our veins?
